Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when booking with Loveys Cakes. Please review our refund policy carefully.

Deposits
- All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- This secures your date and covers initial consultation and design time.

Order Cancellations
- More than 4 weeks before event: No further payment required beyond the deposit.
- 2–4 weeks before event: 50% of the total balance may still be payable.
- Less than 2 weeks before event: Full payment is required as work will have already begun.

Changes to Orders
- Minor changes may be accommodated if requested in advance.
- Significant changes may incur additional costs.
- Changes close to the event date may not be possible.

Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, refunds are not provided once the cake has been completed or delivered, except in the following cases:
- The product is proven to be faulty or not as agreed.
- There is a significant error directly caused by Loveys Emporium.

Damage or Issues
- Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of collection or delivery.
- Photographic evidence may be required.
- We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery, including improper storage or handling.

Non-Collection
- Failure to collect your order at the agreed time may result in forfeiture without refund.
